Role Purpose

• Provide application production support for corporate website, mobile application and other applications
• Manage, resolve, and investigate production issues with application vendors and follow up issues and bugs
• Actively engage in and contribute to relevant application design review activities (including feature testing, user acceptance test) and conduct project technical reviews and health checks
• Assist in project management on application development
• Perform application health monitoring, incident response, change management
• Document and maintain application operation manual
• Work with application vendors on IT requirement compliance
• Analyse applications to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Support continuous improvement of standard application practices
• Proactively participant in the reviews on application improvement
• Provide remote support during non-office hours when required

Qualifications

• University degree or above in Computer Science or other related discipline(s)
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years of experience in application support
• Experience in project management
• Experience in AWS Cloud and Alibaba Cloud
• Knowledge in SDLC
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Airline knowledge is beneficial
• K8S knowledge is beneficial but not a must
• Familiar with scripting languages (Windows, Linux shell script) and SQL
• Familiar with Linux environment will be a plus
• Good command in both written and verbal, English and Cantonese is a must
