Role Purpose
Engagement Survey Support
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the staff engagement survey.
- Build and maintain survey dashboards to track response rates and key insights.
- Assist in generating survey reports and data analysis.
Event Logistics Support
- Support the team in coordinating internal events, such as anniversary event, and engagement activities.
- Assist in materials sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
- Help with event logistics, such as venue setup, and post-event follow-ups.
Internal Communications Support
- Assist in drafting internal communications, such as intranet posts.
- Support the creation of external employer branding content for platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Contribute to the intranet enhancement project by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth and effective rollout of new intranet features.
- Assist in simple video shooting and editing for internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding purposes.
General Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
- Support the team with ad-hoc research, data entry, and documentation as needed.
- Assist in maintaining internal communication records and content libraries.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, Qualtrics) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic experience or interest in creating visual and multimedia content, including graphic design, simple video shooting and editing, and social media content creation, is a plus.
